It is all made of concrete, not brick, the ceiling is also a concrete slab, the attic has beams and concrete for the roof. There is no basement, but there is a separate external storage room.

Parking for the car is right in front of the house. The house is a one-story building and when entering from the road, there are steps down to the yard, it is surrounded by a stone wall on two sides, while the other two sides are surrounded by a fence.

Around the house on the garden of 343 square meters are olive trees and two grenadine trees. There are two terraces, in front and behind the house.

The terrace in front of the house has a table and benches, barbecue, and the terrace behind is part of the house and can be accessed from the rooms. The house is about twenty steps from the center itself.

The closest beach is an easy ten-minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and polite. The house has electricity and water connections, last summer the city built new sewage and water pipes, which included the street where the house is.

The house is all in good condition, it was renovated a few years ago, installations were replaced where necessary, tiles in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet, shower, toilet and kettle.

The whole house was painted last year. All three rooms have an air conditioner that works properly. It has a connection for TV and wifi.

The kitchen is fully equipped and new, has an oven and gas stove, dishwasher, household appliances (coffee machine, kettle, mixer), pantry, large fridge, table and chairs. The bathroom is separate and the toilet is separate. The shower is new and has a washing machine.

In 2019, all new furniture was installed: a three-leaf wardrobe for the bedroom, a double bed and mattress, nightstands, a large three-meter-long sofa for the living room, which, when lowered, is a bed for four people, a new shelf with display cases and a TV , a three-wing wardrobe, in the third room there are new bunk beds with new mattresses.

The furniture is a combination of Prima and Ikea, and appliances are Končar and Gorenje.

Hvar Island is 2 hours by ferry from Split, and the main town on the island is also called Hvar, so be aware so you do not to become confused! It is considered the most exclusive of the Dalmatian islands for various reasons. It is noted as having the most sunshine hours of any place in the area and the main town of Hvar was once an important naval port for the Venetians.
