Upon entering, we are greeted by a hallway that leads to one bedroom on the right, one bedroom on the left and by moving forward, we are entering a kitchen and living room area, as a big, open space. Both bedrooms are nice size, with the bedroom on the right having direct access to the swimming pool area. 

Kitchen and living room area is spacious, has around 27 m2, with views from the window in front and on the side. For cozy and colder night, there is a wooden fireplace installed in the living room. 

On this floor there is one more bedroom and two bathrooms, with one bathroom having a tub while the other has a shower cabin. The upper floor is connected with wooden stairs with the downstairs floor. On the top, there is one additional bathroom, one bedroom, but with a lower ceiling, one more living room and a covered balcony with a seating area and a small storage on the side. 

This property is in great condition, it has been maintained regularly and no immediate investment is needed. Although this is a duplex apartment, it has an overall size of a house, because of a lot of outdoor space and a private swimming pool, which offers more comfort and peace.

International airport is some 12 km away, while Trogir is 10 min away with a car and has a boat going to Trogir.

The Town of Trogir is another fantastic jewell in the crown of Croatian tourist destinations, just 20 minutes from the airport. It is a small island connected by one short bridge to the main land and one short bridge to the island of Ciovo.
