Property description

Excellent family house in a small town on the Omis Riviera in an exceptional location.

The house is located on a plot of 1300 m2 on the edge of the village, surrounded by untouched nature in a place where construction is no longer possible.

It consists of ground and first floor.

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with dining room and living room with windows on all sides which allows the whole space to be sunny and warm and a bathroom.

Internal stairs lead to the first floor where there is a study, children's room and master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a terrace with panoramic views.

On the first floor there is another terrace with an ideal view of the sea and islands.

On the land next to the house there will be a swimming pool measuring 13,2x3,6 m with a sun deck, and a covered outdoor kitchen with space for eating and relaxing.

Below the outdoor terrace there is a large basement space that can be repurposed as desired and in the yard there is a garage.

We recommend this house for all lovers of nature, peace and a beautiful view that is not possible to obstruct.

More about Omis

Omis is an amazing town that lies South of Split, 20 minutes drive. It lies where the Cetina River meets the sea. Old property in Omis has been influenced in style by the Romans, Turks, and Venetians and the history of the town is good reason alone to visit. Despite being on the edge of every European Empire in history it is not the town that draws the eye but the massive vertical cliffs, almost half a kilometre high, which surround and dominate.

Omis is a famous holiday destination with superb beaches, bars, restaurants and everything expected from a sea side resort, but it is one of Croatia's 'activity holiday' centres. White water rafting, canoeing, camping, and rock climbing in the fabulous Cetina gorges are other reasons why people flock here from all over Europe.

When considering buying real estate in Omis it is good to note that the holiday season here is unusually extended by these activities. Property in Omis is not expensive, compared with other regions and property on the Dalmatian coast, but the limited amount of building land available and extended holiday season means that Omis real estate will always be a sound investment.
