Property description

The complex consists of 3 luxury villas that are sold exclusively together.

A total of 12 bedrooms and two outdoor and one indoor swimming pool with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Each villa has 4 bedrooms for 8 people.

All three pools are heated, and the area around the two outdoor pools is equipped with underfloor heating, in order to enable guests to use them more comfortably in the pre- and post-season.

The total living area of the villas is approx. 1150 m2 on a plot of 2468 m2. The villas are modernly decorated inside and out. All 3 villas are a whole by themselves, and the privacy of each of them is respected. Hundreds of plant seedlings have been planted on the entire property, from palm trees and other ornamental shrubs, flowers, and various fruit trees that the guests themselves have at their disposal (cherries, plums, figs, nectarines, lemons, apples, grapes, etc.).

The entire green area with premium lawns and the aforementioned plants is equipped with automatic watering and is looked after by an authorized agronomist. The villas are separated by separate plumbing, energy, air conditioning and ventilation systems and are therefore independent of each other.

Within the complex there is also a 70 m2 tavern with a capacity of up to 30 people for internal use. The tavern is equipped with first-class furniture, a superb kitchen, underfloor heating, air conditioning and a large fireplace for preparing all possible dishes on an open fire.

It is ideal for groups and is used in combinations where a smaller or larger number of guests from all three villas can eat, celebrate birthdays, organize team building, etc. Next to the tavern, separate from the villas, there is also an apartment for the staff, i.e. the housekeeper, with an area of approx. 35 m2.

The villas are only 150 m from the sea and a beautiful beach with small pebbles, and the bay itself is quiet and peaceful because it is quite secluded and protected from strong winds.

In the villas, all 12 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, of which each villa has two bathrooms with a bathtub and two with a shower cabin. The villas also have bathrooms that cover other rooms (living room, gym, sauna, swimming pool,...). All bathrooms are equipped with high-quality accessories and chrome holders for Rituals cosmetics (shampoos, conditioners, body balms, etc.).

You can use the villas for your private purposes, but they are also ideal for renting in tourism. Two open and one indoor swimming pool were purpose-built, so that accommodation is used all year round.

The Town of Trogir is another fantastic jewell in the crown of Croatian tourist destinations, just 20 minutes from the airport. It is a small island connected by one short bridge to the main land and one short bridge to the island of Ciovo. It is a small but lively tourist hub and is especially well known to the many celebrities who visit Croatia as it is the starting point for sailing holidays.
