Built in the late 1970s, this house consists of 3 floors and additionally has a garage/storage dug in ground.
There is a lot of greenery surrounding the house and it has been kept nicely, making the property look much better.
The house itself consists of a ground floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor. From all floors, there is at least a partial sea view and from the upper floors, its more open and unobstructed. The ground floor consists of a hallway and a guest toilet, living room area in one room and the kitchen on another. The kitchen has been recently updated, and it’s fully furnished.
Going up to the 1st floor, we are greeted with 3 bedrooms, out of which 2 have access to balconies, and a bathroom, completely updated. The views from this floor are nice and open.
Second floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a small storage. In stead of the 3rd bedroom on this floor, there is a bigger balcony, with an even better sea view. On this floor, the bathroom would require an update but can still be used as-is.
On the left side of the house on the ground floor is a covered terrace for enjoyment and even offers a nice, partial sea view from it. A small garden in the front has been kept quite nicely and it’s the first thing that you notice upon entering from the street.
Additionally, there is a storage space under the house. It can also be a garage for a smaller car, or it can be even converted into an office or other amenities.
Overall, the house is very nice, in a great location. It will especially be interesting to people who enjoy peace and quiet, surrounded by pine trees and green areas. Just a couple of steps from the house is a small, natural rocky beach and it’s almost always empty.
Its in very good condition and can be used right away, with some updates that can be done eventually.
Trogir/Ciovo, Croatia
The Town of Trogir is another fantastic jewell in the crown of Croatian tourist destinations, just 20 minutes from the airport. It is a small island connected by one short bridge to the main land and one short bridge to the island of Ciovo. Just like Dubrovnik it is a medaeval walled town and has been declared a World Heritage site which has UNESCO protection.

It is a small but lively tourist hub and is especially well known to the many celebrities who visit Croatia as it is the starting point for sailing holidays.
It has some of the best restaurants in Croatia and all the ammeneties one would expect in a busy tourist centre. It also has a boat taxi service to Split, which takes about an hour.
