Nice, newly built and modern house, located in Plano. Constructed in 2025, this detached, one floor house is situated on a plot of 818 m2. 

The house itself consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open space kitchen and living room area. In front of the house is a spacious, covered terrace, overlooking the area, while at the back of the house there is a driveway with 3 parking places.

The living area of the house is 83 m2 and the covered terrace is 25 m2, making it a total of 108 m2 of usable space. 

Upon entering the house, we have one bedroom right in front. The plan was to have this room as storage, but the owners have converted it into a nice and cozy bedroom.  On the right side of the entrance, there is a second bedroom, much bigger than the first one.

Nicely furnished, with a high ceiling, makes the room even bigger than it is. From the bedroom, we then enter an open space, living room and kitchen area. Right next to the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and at the back is the third bedroom, also nicely furnished and the same size as the second bedroom. 

The living room and kitchen area have a lot of natural light because of the glass wall and glass door, that separate the indoor and outdoor area. Upon exiting to the outdoors, we have a spacious and covered terrace, overlooking the backyard with a swimming pool and multiple olive trees, as well as a plum tree, orange tree and lavender, rosemary and sage bushes. 

There is also an outdoor kitchen with a gas stove on the left and a grill area on the right. 

The house was built meticulously to fit the needs of the owners, since the initial idea was not to sell the property. However, they have decided to sell it eventually and the next owner will be satisfied with the finishes and the with the property overall, since it can be a nice family home or retreat, but can also be a nice rental property, with very good income. 

There are only a few houses in this area, most of them are new buildings, so it is basically a small neighborhood. Also, the road ends here so there is no traffic, only people who use these properties in the area. 

Small center of Plano is not far away, while Trogir old town is 4 km away.

Closest beach is about 10 min away and the international airport is 10-15 min away.

The Town of Trogir is another fantastic jewell in the crown of Croatian tourist destinations, just 20 minutes from the airport. It is a small island connected by one short bridge to the main land and one short bridge to the island of Ciovo.
