Property description

We are offering this large waterside villa with nine bedrooms on the edge of a charming Dalmatian village.

It is just 12 m from the beach and clear water, with a quiet road in front of the garden.

The property is a very attractive house on 3 floors, each a separate apartment. Each floor has a kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom and lounge. It is fully furnished and ready for its continued use by tourists.

It was constructed in 2003, and when it was first built the very best materials were used, with little regard to costs. The steel fencing around the property was 'stainless steel' and used to prevent sea corrosion, and marble and hard woods were used where necessary to keep up the luxurious feel.

The total floor space is 460m sq and the land plot is 400m sq.

The gardens around the property were planted with appropriate Mediterranean plants and the drive at the front comfortably has 7 parking spaces.

The walk to the centre of the village, along the shore path, takes a few minutes and here are bars, shops, and cafés.

More about Sibenik

Sibenik is about an hours drive from Split, 80 k north. It is a fabulous tourist destination built around the magnificent Cathedral. The old town is built up the steep hillside from the Riva, giving the appearance that almost every house in Sibenik has a sea view. Kornati National Park, hundreds of tiny islands, uninhabited and protected, make Sibenik a destination with a difference for most tourists.

It has a more relaxed feel than Zadar or Split but it is still a sought after holiday destination. It is close to Skradin village, at the foot of the Krka National Park where Bill Gates has taken some of his holiday's for many years.

Sibenik property is more modestly priced than Split. Many Sibenik houses are built with old Dalmatian stone and are often very narrow and tall. It is possible to have a property in Sibenik of 15 sq m going up 5 levels with a roof terrace and sea views. Villas in Sibenik line the coast road North and South and apartments and flats in Sibenik vary in price depending on size and location, but some of them are very reasonably priced.
