Property description
We offer for sale a beautiful one-story house located in picturesque village not far from Imotski.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, guest toilet, kitchen, dining room and living room with built-in fireplace and sauna. From the living room there is access to a large fenced yard where there is a swimming pool, a grill with a covered area for eating, lounge furniture for relaxation. From the yard there is a wonderful panoramic view of the green fields of the Imotski region, the Blue and Red Lakes and the town of Imotski itself.
When decorating the villa, attention was paid to every detail, so the ceilings are 3 m high, which gives the space additional lighting. The furniture was chosen according to quality and functionality, so some were custom-made and some were bought from renowned manufacturers. Underfloor heating is installed in the floors of the house, air conditioners are provided for cooling, and blinds with electric lifters are installed on the windows.
We recommend this villa to all those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city and enjoy the benefits of luxury surrounded by untouched nature.

More about Makarska
Makarska is the largest town that lies in the 200k coast between Dubrovnik and Split, 60k from Split. It was one of the first towns to have a large tourist industry in Croatia and is now where many people take their annual holiday. The town evolved around a large horseshoe bay with towering mountains behind. The clear sea, and palm fringed beaches, the fashionable restaurants, bars and active nightlife are many reasons why this town and area is known as the Makarska Riviera.

Real estate in Makarska and property in the Makarska area is modestly priced compared to the bigger towns of Dubrovnik and Split.
Anyone looking for a cheap property on the coast of Croatia should start here. The main reasons are the distance from the airports of either Split or Dubrovnik, and Croatian island property has certain exclusivity (Split airport is less than one and a half hours). If this was not a prohibitive factor then Makarska property is great value.
It has a longer tourist season and, being on the mainland, is generally quicker to reach than the islands.
