Property description

Charming semi detached old stone house in good condition with sea views and with additional facilities on a large plot!

It is situated in a small Dalmatian fishing village only 2 km from Supetar.

It is situated on a land plot of 600 m2, while the gross living area 200 m2 (house 150 m2 + cellar 32 m2 + storage 18 m2).

It is 800 maters distant from the sea shore but has nice sea views, as well as views across the natural woods on the island.

An attractive garden around the house with palm trees, oranges, lemon and fig tree, add to the timeless character of this property. The property boasts additional facilities on the plot and these include konoba/tavern, storage and traditional draw-well.

The house is designed with:

- Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, bedroom, hall

- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, internal staircase to the ground floor and attic

- Attic: currently used as storage only

The house is in good condition, with thick old stone walls and solid wooden beams under substantial planks on the floor, and although the building needs redecorating, these features can remain.

The property has great potential due to the good condition, good location, access,  land size, the possibility of building a swimming pool and renovation of additional facilities as a separate bungalow and summer kitchen with fireplace, and of course, the price reflects the fact that this property is semi-detached.

The island of Brac is connected daily by ferry to Split, while the international airport is 40 min from Split.
