It is about 100 years old, of classical stone construction, with walls 60 - 70 cm thick.

The house consists of a ground floor of 60 m2, which has a large entrance door and two windows. It can easily  be converted into a living space/apartment.

Stone exterior stairs lead to the first floor, which consists of a hallway, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room and two pantries.

Complete installations of electricity and water were changed and replaced in 2010. The second floor is accessed by wooden interior stairs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, and the north side also has a terrace of 10 m2.

Also on the second floor are wooden stairs leading to the attic. The complete roof, including all beams and gutters, was replaced in the summer of 2001. The wooden floors were also completely reconstructed.

In the yard is an area of ​​10 m2, which is used as a summer kitchen, and in addition has an old bread oven that is in operation.

The installation of electricity and water was replaced in 2016. On the first floor there is a fireplace in its kitchen, which has a chimney that is built into the stone wall, and which is 70 cm thick.

The entrance to the courtyard is on the south side, and a wooden staircase is set up on the north side to allow entry on the other side.

The property has car access from both sides.

The island of Brac is the largest (400 sq km) in Dalmatia and has the shortest ferry crossing from Split, about 40 minutes.
