Supetar is a well-known tourist center on the island and has excellent connections with the city of Split.

The house has a net area of 289 m2 on a plot of 477 m2 and was completely renovated in 2018/2019.

The renovation of the house included:

- New roof construction and new tiles
- Part of the house has a stone facade with old "veselje" stone, approximately 10 cm thick, and the part without the "veselje" stone has received modern 10 cm thick polystyrene insulation
- Modern PVC joinery (anthracite outside/white inside) with triple glazing + mosquito protection has been installed on all windows and doors
- Water supply and drainage have been replaced
- All bathrooms have high-quality elements / Hans Grohe, Duravit
- Kitchens have been newly installed with high-quality appliances from Miele, Bosch, Neff
- Two parking spaces on the plot, electric roller doors.
- Hand-forged fence, the property is completely fenced and lockable
- Attic accessible by a hidden staircase, the attic floor slab is insulated with polystyrene and a new screed.
-Solar hot water system in the attic

A lot of traditional Brač stone was used on the house (window frames, gutters, various columns, floor coverings, etc.). The garden is decorated with many citrus, orange and olive trees and has an irrigation system that also serves as a technical room for a possible swimming pool. The construction of a swimming pool is possible since there are water connections in the garden. There is also a brick garden shed in the garden.

The house is divided into two almost identical apartments, one of which is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.

The first floor has a separate entrance with beautiful stone stairs. Three-bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and two bathrooms, terrace and two balconies. Intended for year long living.

The ground floor has a two-bedroom apartment with kitchen, two bathrooms and living room with indoor fireplace and large terrace. On the ground floor there is a smaller apartment of 19 m2 with a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

There is also a large storage room and a basement on the ground floor.

The house is only 150 m from the sea and approximately 1 km from the center of Supetar. The ownership is neat 1/1 as is the rest of the house documentation. For more pictures, contact us.

The advantages of this house are: quality construction, quality custom-made furniture and appliances, fantastic view and location, peaceful surroundings, clean and complete documentation, garden and yard and the possibility of building a swimming pool.

It has a resident population all year and ferries go every few hours to Supetar. From there, there is an integrated public transport service about the island. Most people stick to the beautiful coast but inland it has stunning scenery and secluded meadows and olive and vine groves. The main towns are the Ferry terminal of Supetar, Milna, Postira, Splitska and Bol. You don't need to travel far to find your own secluded beach.

The beach at Bol is featured on most Croatian Tourist material known as 'Zlatini Rat' or 'Golden Horn'. Real estate in Bol is particularly sought after as it has become a centre for 'activity holidays' and is packed throughout the summer - http://www.bol-croatia.com/windsurfing-sports.htm.

There is a small airport on the island for private planes. The most popular property sold on Brac are holiday apartments near the coastal villages, often recently built. A tightening of building rules means that less are now being built, so people are now looking for old Brac property to refurbish. On the island of Brac cottages are often seen along the coast and these occasionally come on the market but are keenly sought after.

Brac real estate is considered a good investment as Croatia is looking to improve her tourist industry.
