When we decided to look for our own piece of paradise, we had no idea what an incredible journey awaited us. Originally, we came to the island for just one day to view a single property. By that evening, we left completely convinced that we were going to buy it. However, everything changed during the night - an idea popped into our heads: "What if the house right next door is also for sale?"
For some, it might have been a crazy idea, but for our agent Ivana, it was a challenge she embraced instantly. She went above and beyond that very same day—running around, checking the possibilities, and getting everything sorted. The same day, we were already heading back to the island to arrange the viewing and purchase of this second house!
The buying process itself was far from easy. It took several months and came with many hurdles. But Ivana was our absolute rock throughout the entire journey. She was not only a top-tier professional who can literally make the impossible happen, but above all, a wonderful human being with a huge heart. In moments when anxiety hit us and we worried that things wouldn't be finished on time, she was always there to support us, calm our nerves, and reassure us.

After owning our apartment in Supetar for 14 years, we decided to sell and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish.Our contact person at the broker Lea Jović was professional, reliable and always helpful. She handled multiple viewings on our behalf, collected and organized the keys from a local friend and took care of all practical matters in an efficient way. She also arranged the necessary contact to ensure our apartment was energy certified before the sale. After the sale the agent read the electricity meter and arranged the cancellation of utilities and municipal fees which was a relief for us.
Everything was handled with great care and attention and we felt well informed and supported throughout the whole process. We are very satisfied and truly grateful. We would not hesitate to recommend CPS.
