Naši Klijenti O Nama
The best real estate experience ever! Highly recommended! We cannot thank Lea enough for her incredible help with buying a perfect house for our extended family. Even though we didn't speak any Croatian yet and communicated in English, Lea made everything crystal clear. My parents don’t speak English at all, but Lea was just amazingly patient. She made sure to explain every single detail to them and helped us arrange all the local necessities. She has such a wonderfully radiant, positive energy and an amazing gift for easing any stressful situation by instantly finding a solution. Lea guided us with absolute dedication through the entire process – from viewings and legal support to communicating with the sellers. Big thanks also go to Boris and the rest of the local team on Brač for their fantastic support. Lea, you are an absolute star! Thank you for making our dream come true!
Everything was handled perfectly. Even though we don't live in Croatia, everything worked very smoothly. I can highly recommend if you are selling (or buying).
Great experience with this agency when selling our apartment. Both Lea & Mia responded to inquiries and questions in a timely fashion. They gave information and suggestions about the market to help us determine the best course of action for selling.
An unforgettable experience and a dream come true with CPS and the amazing IvanaWhen we decided to look for our own piece of paradise, we had no idea what an incredible journey awaited us. Originally, we came to the island for just one day to view a single property. By that evening, we left completely convinced that we were going to buy it. However, everything changed during the night - an idea popped into our heads: "What if the house right next door is also for sale?"For some, it might have been a crazy idea, but for our agent Ivana, it was a challenge she embraced instantly. She went above and beyond that very same day—running around, checking the possibilities, and getting everything sorted. The same day, we were already heading back to the island to arrange the viewing and purchase of this second house! The buying process itself was far from easy. It took several months and came with many hurdles. But Ivana was our absolute rock throughout the entire journey. She was not only a top-tier professional who can literally make the impossible happen, but above all, a wonderful human being with a huge heart. In moments when anxiety hit us and we worried that things wouldn't be finished on time, she was always there to support us, calm our nerves, and reassure us.The CPS real estate agency is an incredibly fair, transparent, and reliable company that has the most beautiful locations in its portfolio. We are deeply grateful to them, and we are absolutely certain that when our friends start looking for their own paradise, CPS and Ivana will be their clear and only choice. Thank you for everything!
Super professional company. They guided us in the purchase of our home. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company!
My first experience with CPS. I think it was the one of the best things that happened to me. Big thanks and thumb up for Mia and team. Special care of customer from abroad. I was very suprised how quality servise they offer. I can only recommend.
Vrlo profesionalan pristup, komunikacija i razmjena informacija je tekla besprijekorno. Sve preporuke.
Thrilled with our Hvar property purchase — Thanks to Ivana and the entire team! We’re absolutely delighted with our experience buying property on Hvar Island, all thanks to **Ivana** and her outstanding team. Ivana was not only friendly and warm but also deeply professional. She patiently guided us through every step—from viewings and negotiations to paperwork—and was always available for questions. Without her support (and her team's), we wouldn’t have secured our dream property. Her expertise, dedication, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and empowering. We wholeheartedly recommend Ivana and her team to anyone looking to buy on Hvar Island. Thanks to them, we are now proud property owners—and couldn’t be happier!
