CPS are professional and easy to work with, they recommended a good English lawyer to handle my purchase and exchange - basically they can recommend and help with anything needed along the way. They are not pushy and work with you as you desire. A friendly and fun team I would certainly recommend and have done so already.

We arrived to Croatia on August 2017 to find a holiday home. CroatiaPropertySales agent was there to help us. He had already searched some targets he thought we might like. And he was absolutely right, we found a good match on the first visit.
The only issue to struggle with was this usage permit, which was missing, and that’s why we had to wait until we got the deal finalized. That took almost 6 months. But it was worth it, now we have very nice holiday home! Our agent and lawyer were both great and we have continued cooperation with both of them.

Dear Inga, What a busy day! I've already had a company in to measure for a new kitchen, arranged for a new floor to be installed on the whole upper level (it was 3 different colors of tiles and laminate) it will now be all one color, will install a door out to the garden (in place of the windows) so I can sit under my olive tree with my morning coffee and listen to the birds singing, and I ordered some new furniture..... life is good!!
