He showed me the best property i saw in Ciovo and that was the property i bought. It was perfect for my brief. Now i have a beautiful little place with stunning sea views in the perfect location. I decided to buy house in Dalmatia three years ago. I checked lot of offers on internet and there were group of houses described in great detail. They were offered by Croatia Property Sales. So I sent them email with my requirements and they immediately gave me back list of suitable offers and invitation to do one day excursion. I came to Split in March I met the owner of company Mirej and during one day visited with her all offered houses. I obtained a lot of information regarding legal status, needs of repairs and many others practical information a recommendation. Also Mirej arranged meeting with some owners. I decided for one house in Rogoznica. There were problem with exact declaration of ownership. It was complicated heritage. Mirej gave me contact at very good lawyer and she arranged in Croatia not easy steps with clearing up of ownership of property. She thoroughly controlled money transfers to match the conditions of contract. After 16 months of juristic acts on side of seller I could sign Contract and during one month I was registered by court as owner. Then Mirej helped me steps like change of electricity contract, water and so on. I am grateful to her and sending her big thank you again for her support.
I contacted CPS in early 2018 by email as I wanted to sell my apartment in Croatia. All the necessary information and form filling was very straightforward and any queries I had were answered very quickly. As I live in England I left a key with CPS and they arranged and did any viewings. They kept in contact with me on a regular basis and when they found a buyer the process of actually completing the sale was done very efficiently and within a few days, as such I only had to travel out to Croatia to sign all the papers and hand over all the keys to the new owners. I was very satisfied with the service I received and all the people at the office were very friendly and helpful, and could speak English which made the process so much easier.
In 2018, my husband and I started looking into buying a property in Croatia. Buy a place to live in our lovely Croatia was one of sacred dream for me and my wife for more than 15 years. We have had a vacations and tourists trips there for many times, but first real step ahead of realty buying was undertaken in early 2018. And the first what I had faced with was wide variety of persons and companies who works on Croatia realty market, and, honestly, not all of them impress me in a good way. I had a short list of possible properties, and my lucky star that one of them was managed through CPS agent Vlado Blagaic. The only one from the list of other companies agents he provide me full information about object he was responsible for and selling process description from start to the end, also inclusive often hidden extra-cost related to the deal like lawyer fee, government taxes, municipal fees and so on. Also by his recommendation I have communicated with a third-party lawyer, who provided support of the deal together with Vlado until the certificate of ownership issue. Before the deal was finished they are together was the one-window for all my necessary communications related to the deal and around it. As a nice bonus I need to say that all persons from CPS who I have faced with was not only professionals but very warm and responsible persons, that always valuable in any business and human relations.

Antonio was with us all the way from start to finish of sale. You’d think it would have been difficult because of the time difference but he was in constant communication with us, recommended a solicitor who was also extremely efficient, making a complicated venture into a seamless experience.
Antonio spoke perfect English and wasn’t at all surprised that we were buying something that we had not seen. He was honest and completely trustworthy.
But that was not all. The house needed renovation and Mario agreed to be our project manager.
We cannot praise him highly enough. He organized and supervised the contractor and at all times, had our interests at heart. Even after the work had been completed and there was a glitch with the sewage, he sat with us all afternoon until the problem was solved. A great communicator, advocator and a man of integrity and high principles.
