If you are buying real estate on Brač the CPS is the best. Lea and Boris were amazing in helping us to find and buy a lot which matched our preferences. Buying a property in another country is our first experience. We met a very good specialist who advised us and carried it out like a child by hand. This specialist is Ana Stupalo, who knows the realities of the island of Vis perfectly and speaks fluent English. I highly recommend the real estate agency CPS and especially the real estate agent Ana, because thanks to her we have a beautiful house on the island. I recommend - do not be afraid to buy the property - the transaction was problem-free with Ana. We are now at the stage of renovating the building and we are waiting next year to invite our friends and family to vacation on the island.
Absolutely the first address when it comes to buying a property on Brac. Boris and Lea are really customer-oriented and facilitate in the best way where they can. Especially when you're not familiar with the local customs, this proves extra important. Actually 6 stars.
