Many thanks to Lea, Mia, and Boris for the excellent service and support both in selecting the property and in completing the purchase. Special thanks to Lea for the wealth of information and support, as well as her willingness to help after the purchase.
The service and commitment at "CPS office Brac" don't end with the handover of the purchase contract, which is truly exceptional!
Pozdrav Chris
Tatjana and Nikša were fantastic.
They helped me enormously with the purchase, making the impossible possible.
Whether it was negotiating with the seller or dealing with the authorities, which was no small feat, they were always professional and we have remained friends to this day.
That's a good sign!
I have purchased two properties and sold one with Tatjana and Nikša’s help. They were extremely helpful & supportive every time and during each step of the process. I 100% recommend CPS Hvar office for their unrivalled expertise and professionalism.
We are completely satisfied with the work of the team.
They helped us from the beginning to the end of the property purchase process, and even afterwards we could contact them with any questions we had.
Friendly, nice people, professional team.
We would highly recommend them to everyone!

Thrilled with our Hvar property purchase — Thanks to Ivana and the entire team!
We’re absolutely delighted with our experience buying property on Hvar Island, all thanks to **Ivana** and her outstanding team.
Ivana was not only friendly and warm but also deeply professional. She patiently guided us through every step—from viewings and negotiations to paperwork—and was always available for questions.
Without her support (and her team's), we wouldn’t have secured our dream property. Her expertise, dedication, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and empowering.
We wholeheartedly recommend Ivana and her team to anyone looking to buy on Hvar Island. Thanks to them, we are now proud property owners—and couldn’t be happier!
Vrlo profesionalan pristup, komunikacija i razmjena informacija je tekla besprijekorno. Sve preporuke.
