This is a lovely place to own, with nature surrounding You from almost all sides. The best thing about this location is that it’s the last building location so no other construction is allowed. It does not have a sea view, but it is located just 5 min from the closest beach and has a lot of sun throughout the day because of the south orientation.
A peaceful and calm location, with a couple of houses on each side surrounding the area. If You prefer gardening, listening to the birds chirping and getting away from the crowds and noise, then this is the right place to be at.
As an added bonus, there is an outdoor kitchen/tavern on the plot as well, with a grill and fireplace.

The Town of Trogir is another fantastic jewell in the crown of Croatian tourist destinations, just 20 minutes from the airport. It is a small island connected by one short bridge to the main land and one short bridge to the island of Ciovo.
