External stairs lead to the first floor where there is one bedroom and a toilet. Internal stairs lead to the third floor where there are two smaller bedrooms.

The house needs to be renovated.

There is also a garden with Mediterranean plants on the ground floor, and a spacious terrace on the first floor with a view of the stone houses.

It is possible to drive a car to the property itself, but there is no private parking space.
