Property description

In the fishing town of Komiza, in a quiet oasis and the warmest place in all of Croatia, a luxury villa is being built with 12 apartments and large, partially covered terraces, which offer a beautiful view of the sea and Komiza town.

The planned deadline for moving in is expected in July 2022.

The distance from the city center and the waterfront is only a few minutes walk.

The villa consists of 4 floors, and on each floor there are 3 apartments, similar floor plans, from 79.07 m2 to 95.47 m2, and on the ground floor there will be a shared pool.

All apartments will be fully equipped and furnished according to the standards of the 4-star category, and the apartments will, among other things, have air conditioning, internet, state-of-the-art electronics, video surveillance and an alarm system.

As the owner of the apartment you have the opportunity to use the maintenance service during your absence.
Also, with the support of investors, you have the opportunity to rent your apartment in the period when you are away.

Parking is provided for all apartment owners, but everything you need for an ideal vacation on this magical island is at your fingertips.

There are 4 more apartments on offer, all of which consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room.

More about Vis

Vis is the furthest large inhabited island from the mainland of Croatia. The ferry takes 2 hour 30 minutes and it is not possible to visit and return from the island in 1 day. It has a population of several thousand people, so has all the modern amenities one would expect. Shops, restaurants, bars etc. are all present but perhaps a little more basic than other tourist 'hotspots'. Sailors love it and most visitors and people who have bought property on Vis love it for its quiet isolation. The wild life, especially in the sea, is a considerable draw for divers, and the hundreds of tiny beaches are often deserted in high summer.

Many people have bought property on Vis and its big charm is in its seclusion.

Vis real estate will always hold its value as there will never be a time when people looking to buy property in Croatia or property on the islands around Croatia are not asking for 'Property off the beaten track on Vis', or 'secluded or isolated properties on Vis'.
