Property description

We want to introduce this project for a beautiful country house, in a great location far away from the busy city traffic.

There are two options for the interior layout of the house. The number of rooms in both versions is the same, the only significant change is the position of the inner stairs, as well as the position of the entrance door.

In version A, there is a greater emphasis on daytime living, so the bedrooms are slightly smaller and the bathroom is equipped with a shower. In version B, the bedrooms are larger, as are the bathrooms, while the living room with kitchen is slightly smaller.

Whatever option you choose, after entering through the hall you walk into a large living room with open kitchen and dining room. On the ground floor there are two more bedrooms and one bathroom.

Indoor stairs lead to the gallery, which is an ideal space for relaxation in comfortable armchairs. From the gallery you have access to a sunny terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Dalmatian landscape with a partial view of the sea.

There are also two parking spaces available. Beside the pool there is also the traditional Dalmatian barbecue grill, as well as a covered garden lounge area.

Terrace on the upper floor is covered with wooden pergolas. The whole property is surrounded by an autochthonous drywall.

Distances:

• The sea is 800 m away.

• Sibenik is 10 km away.

• Split Airport is 55 km away.

More about Sibenik

Sibenik is about an hour drive from Split, 80 km north. It is a fabulous tourist destination built around the magnificent Cathedral. The old town is built up the steep hillside from the Riva, giving the appearance that almost every house in Sibenik has a sea view. Kornati National Park, hundreds of tiny islands, uninhabited and protected, make Sibenik a destination with a difference for most tourists.

It has a more relaxed feel than Zadar or Split but it is still a sought after holiday destination. It is close to Skradin village, at the foot of the Krka National Park where Bill Gates has taken some of his holiday's for many years.

Sibenik property is more modestly priced than Split. Many Sibenik houses are built with old Dalmatian stone and are often very narrow and tall. It is possible to have a property in Sibenik of 15 sq m going up 5 levels with a roof terrace and sea views. Villas in Sibenik line the coast road North and South and apartments and flats in Sibenik vary in price depending on size and location, but some of them are very reasonably priced.
