Property description

Apartments in newly built apartment buildings, some 20 km north of Sibenik.

The new housing estate is sitauted some 200 m from the sea. The location is mostly surrounded by family houses and holiday homes.

This place is very safe, peaceful and quiet, perfect for holidays with close friends and family, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and street noise.

In the first phase of the project, three existing residential buildings will be reconstructed along with fifteen apartments and three basements. The first phase will also cover the immediate vicinity of existing buildings with an accessible sidewalk, low and high vegetation and the construction of a basin designed in a natural way.

The external space is defined by existing buildings. A green oasis is an exceptional social event. Natural pool is a place of luxury pleasure and relaxation, and the green islands complement this unique climate.

The characteristic apartment is divided into two zones. One open zone includes a shared living room, dining room with kitchen, entrance space and loggia. In the second, private area, there are three bedrooms with shared bathroom and toilet.

The huge potential involves the basement spaces, which are renovated and shaped as common rooms with additional attractions, such as a gym, TV room, play rooms, massages and sauna.

Currently, there are still 10 apartments available for sale, ranging from 90 m2 to 94 m2.

More about Sibenik

Sibenik is about an hour drive from Split, 80 km north. It is a fabulous tourist destination built around the magnificent Cathedral. The old town is built up the steep hillside from the Riva, giving the appearance that almost every house in Sibenik has a sea view. Kornati National Park, hundreds of tiny islands, uninhabited and protected, make Sibenik a destination with a difference for most tourists.

It has a more relaxed feel than Zadar or Split but it is still a sought after holiday destination. It is close to Skradin village, at the foot of the Krka National Park where Bill Gates has taken some of his holiday's for many years.

Sibenik property is more modestly priced than Split. Many Sibenik houses are built with old Dalmatian stone and are often very narrow and tall. It is possible to have a property in Sibenik of 15 sq m going up 5 levels with a roof terrace and sea views. Villas in Sibenik line the coast road North and South and apartments and flats in Sibenik vary in price depending on size and location, but some of them are very reasonably priced.
