Property description

PRICE REDUCED FROM 480.000 EURO!

We are offering this shore side property in the first row, with a swimming pool.

It is situated next to the sea, with access to the water through the garden, and down a private access road shared by only a few houses.

The property is semi detached, close to the attractive mainland town of Omis, 30 minutes drive from Split, on the Dubrovnik road.

The total land area is 198 m2, and the living area is 70 m2 + 2 spacious terraces/balconies (35 x 2 m2). The ground floor has a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, pantry and bedroom. On the 1st floor are two bedrooms, a balcony overlooking the sea and another toilet.

In the garden there is a small swimming pool surrounded by the patio, set among mature trees. From here is a staircase leading to a private beach in front!

The house has parking for one car.

The house was built in 1965 and was completely renovated in 2012.

It has been well decorated and is completely furnished and ready to be used either privately or for letting to tourists.

Although that this property is a semi detached, that does not diminish its quality because of excellent position by the sea which is very rare to find on this part of coastline.

The local area serves the property well. The shore is clean and pebbled, with barely any tide, making it safe for swimming and water sports, while the nearest coffee bar is within walking distance. The town of Omis is very much 'geared up' to tourists and it provide a range of shops, and good restaurants to explore.

The international airport is 1 hour drive.

More about Omis

Omis is an amazing town that lies South of Split, 20 minutes drive. It lies where the Cetina River meets the sea. Old property in Omis has been influenced in style by the Romans, Turks, and Venetians and the history of the town is good reason alone to visit. Despite being on the edge of every European Empire in history it is not the town that draws the eye but the massive vertical cliffs, almost half a kilometre high, which surround and dominate.

Omis is a famous holiday destination with superb beaches, bars, restaurants and everything expected from a sea side resort, but it is one of Croatia's 'activity holiday' centres. White water rafting, canoeing, camping, and rock climbing in the fabulous Cetina gorges are other reasons why people flock here from all over Europe.

When considering buying real estate in Omis it is good to note that the holiday season here is unusually extended by these activities. Property in Omis is not expensive, compared with other regions and property on the Dalmatian coast, but the limited amount of building land available and extended holiday season means that Omis real estate will always be a sound investment.
