Old stone house with sea view.
The house consists of 4 floors, each with 36 m2 of living area.
The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor, where there are two smaller, kids bedrooms and a toilet. On the second floor there is one large bedroom and another toilet.
There is currently an empty space in the attic, which can be used in various ways, as another bedroom, or a living room.
There used to be a terrace there, and later it was closed so it could be reopened, as well. From the window of the highest floor you can see the sea, which is only 40 meters away.
Some 100 meters from the house there is a beach and a large park.
Nearby there are restaurants, cafes, shops and everything else needed for life.
The house is located in the center of Kastela, an old fishing village, between Split and Trogir.
