It has a resident population all year and ferries go every few hours to Supetar. From there, there is an integrated public transport service about the island. Most people stick to the beautiful coast but inland it has stunning scenery and secluded meadows and olive and vine groves. The main towns are the Ferry terminal of Supetar, Milna, Postira, Splitska and Bol. You don't need to travel far to find your own secluded beach.
