It has a resident population all year and ferries go every few hours to Supetar. From there, there is an integrated public transport service about the island. The main towns are the Ferry terminal of Supetar, Milna, Postira, Splitska and Bol. You don't need to travel far to find your own secluded beach.

There is a small airport on the island for private planes. The most popular property sold on Brac are holiday apartments near the coastal villages, often recently built.
