Property description

We are pleased to offer this beautiful detached stone house with sea view, in a picturesque village on the northern side of the island, which is rich in historical and significant old architectural sites.

The house is situated on a hill and from all the terraces and balconies there are great views of the sea and the village.

The building is on three floors with a total floor area of 250 m2.

The plot is 300 m2, which allows enough space to add a swimming pool and patio sun lounging area.

Due to a steep terrain, each floor has a separate entrance and external staircase.

Ground floor is unfinished and it consists of a one bedroom apartment of 30 m2 and Konoba/cellar of 30 m2.

First floor is 90 m2 and it's designed as a 3 bedroom apartment with a large terrace.

Second floor is 90 m2 and was most recently completed.

It consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large balconies and terraces with outdoor BBQ/kitchen.

This apartment has a beautifully decorated living room which is dominated by a large tiled stove.

From the balcony there is a wonderful views of the sea where the easy access makes it the natural place for 'alfresco' meals throughout the summer, while enjoying the peace and fresh air.

The upper two floors are being used for tourism and have been awarded category 3 *.

The house offers plenty of privacy. All infrastructure is present.

The village has a shop, bakery, bus station, cafe, restaurant and marina for small boats.

House is 30 meters from the beach. 7 minutes by car to a larger town with the ferry port.

Considering great location and realistic price this is one of the best offers on the island.

The main towns are the Ferry terminal of Supetar, Milna, Postira, Splitska and Bol. You don't need to travel far to find your own secluded beach.

The beach at Bol is featured on most Croatian Tourist material known as 'Zlatini Rat' or 'Golden Horn'. Real estate in Bol is particularly sought after as it has become a centre for 'activity holidays' and is packed throughout the summer - http://www.bol-croatia.com/windsurfing-sports.htm.

There is a small airport on the island for private planes. The most popular property sold on Brac are holiday apartments near the coastal villages, often recently built. A tightening of building rules means that less are now being built, so people are now looking for old Brac property to refurbish. On the island of Brac cottages are often seen along the coast and these occasionally come on the market but are keenly sought after.

Brac real estate is considered a good investment as Croatia is looking to improve her tourist industry.
