Home Building lands for sale on Brac (SOLD) Brac, building land for sale, 50.000 €

Property description

We are very pleased to offer this building plot in the centre of one of the most beautiful villages on Brac island.

It actually still has the remains of the original old stone house visible, so you could argue that you are buying a ruin, but it is still good value!

The plot is situated 80m from the village harbour and maybe 500m to the nearest access for swimming etc.

The planning office has approved the construction of a house with a floor area of 64 m2 and a maximum number of 3 floors. Ground floor, first floor with a habitable attic.

Thus, it is possible to build a house with gross developed area of approximately 190m2 with three separate units (one apartment on each nfloor) or a larger family home, depending on the wishes of the investors.

All the services (water etc) are present.

There is road access to the plot and parking off the road.

The village caters well for tourists with some small shops, bars and family run restaurants, but is beautifully quiet, being some distance away from Supetar, where the regular Split ferry docks. The village does have a regular foot connection to Split, via the fast catermeran.

Please call our office to arrange a visit.
