Property description

Croatia Property Sales are delighted to offer this stunning, newly built villa on Brac island.

PRICE REDUCED FROM 450.000 TO 350.000 EURO!

It is situated just outside the delightful village of Milna on Brac. It is 400m from the sea, but has commanding views across the old olive groves and farm land, as well as the old fishing port in the village.

The village meets all the tourist requirements for anyone looking for peace and quiet, and is 30k from the main ferry terminal on Brac, (which is Supetar). Milna has a market, bakery, shops, restaurants and coffee and licensed bars, but not many.

This villa was newly built in the last year, and was well built with top quality building materials. The plot measures 523m sq and the residential living area is 170m sq.

The ground floor has a large kitchen, dining room, pantry and laundry room, and there is a downstairs bathroom.

On the first floor is a large lounge leading to a balcony, and door leading to a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony.

The top floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, including the master bedroom which has its own balcony and bathroom.

The house is fully furnished and has aircon throughout.

The gardens have been landscaped and the design incorporates a large terrace with cooking facilities which assumes that a lot of time will be spent outside.

There are parking spaces for 3 cars in the cartilage of the property.

In addition, there is a swimming pool with a terrace around, creating a superb family holiday environment, probably one of the most attractive modern villas on the island.

Please contact the office to arrange a viewing.

More about Brac

The island of Brac is the largest (400 sq km) in Dalmatia and has the shortest ferry crossing from Split, about 40 minutes. It has a resident population all year and ferries go every few hours to Supetar. From there, there is an integrated public transport service about the island. Most people stick to the beautiful coast but inland it has stunning scenery and secluded meadows and olive and vine groves. The main towns are the Ferry terminal of Supetar, Milna, Postira, Splitska and Bol. You don't need to travel far to find your own secluded beach.

The beach at Bol is featured on most Croatian Tourist material known as 'Zlatini Rat' or 'Golden Horn'. Real estate in Bol is particularly sought after as it has become a centre for 'activity holidays' and is packed throughout the summer - http://www.bol-croatia.com/windsurfing-sports.htm.

There is a small airport on the island for private planes. The most popular property sold on Brac are holiday apartments near the coastal villages, often recently built. A tightening of building rules means that less are now being built, so people are now looking for old Brac property to refurbish. On the island of Brac cottages are often seen along the coast and these occasionally come on the market but are keenly sought after.

Brac real estate is considered a good investment as Croatia is looking to improve her tourist industry.
