Every day more and more news about next summer crowd over Split is arriving. New set of flights announced with Split as a destination just landed from Aerocroatia.
Swiss air carrier Edelweiss Air flew only once a week, on Saturdays, between Zurich and Split. In 2014, starting May 24, they will enforce this line to three times a week, on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. They will fly in code-share cooperation with Swiss International Air Lines, with whom they will alternate Airbus A320s on flights to Split. Flights from Zurich are scheduled on Wednesday at 1.45 pm, Saturday at 11.40 am, and Sunday at 11.50 am. Returns from Split will be flying on Saturdays and Sundays at 1.50 pm, and Wednesdays at 4 pm.
Further, Thomas Cook Airlines confirmed flights from Lille, France to Split and Dubrovnik, starting April 18. It will be circle flight: every Friday Airbus A320 will fly from Lille to Split at 5.55 am, and then from Split to Dubrovnik at 8.50, with return from Dubrovnik to Lille at 10.35.
Finally, Hungarian low-cost carrier Wizz Air increases number of seasonal flights between London and Split, their only line in Croatia. Instead this year's three rotation, in 2014 we can expect four, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays with Airbus A320. Wizzair will fly those four days from Split to Luton airport at 6.25 pm, and from London to Split at 2.15 pm. Line begins June 14, ends September 14.
